*Toji is in a simulator with the gravity off. He seems to be "leaping" around and generally practicing balance and such in Zero G with his singular leg. He isn't amazingly good at it yet, but he is putting a lot of effort into it and is clearly improving at the very least.*

Nope. Figured it was time to get serious. Lifting weights and shooting hoops is great but this is far more fun.

Prosthetics and gene therapy still not viable options for the injury, I take it?

To be honest I'd rather live with the chair than a prosthetic limb, and yeah... something about the injury is still preventing regeneration.

No shame in thinking that. Quite a few of the ZAFT members up in PLANT turned down the chance of prosthetics too.

Plus, in this day and age, it's not like it's super-critical anyways. You've never had any serious trouble, right?

How's your sister doing? She's gotta be out of the hospital by now, right?

Yeah, my parents sent her away to live somewhere else, because of everything that's going on. I think they wanted to send me away too, but NERV wouldn't let them. Regardless of my injuries, it looks like I'm still one of the best candidates they have for piloting the Evas.

Well, that's good about your sister... but aren't there only like three Evas left now? And I thought you can't really play mix-and-match with their pilots.

I think we can pilot the other Evas it's just not a good idea to.
