*Toji is still obviously intimidated. He is also self conscious, he is pretty sure everyone else is still looking at him, especially since he is sitting with this apparent Shiro Amada Lt. Commander has his own table guy. He doesn't dare look at the rest of the room though, that would be suicide. He holds his hand out for a handshake. Its not something he usually does but it seems... proper maybe?*
