Comment and I'll give you three of your icons and three of your interests to explain.
free_as_verse gave me the following:
This icon was made by
kawaii_not. It's actually from the
online comic of the same name.
I picked it up around Valentine's Day, it just seemed to fit.
I've always thought that it was interesting how Valentine's hearts look NOTHING like actual human hearts.
This icon was made by me.
It's actually from one of those religious tracts that the Crazy Baptists in our area hand out.
Although, not as good as "Harry Potter leads to Devil Worship!", this one managed to entertain me with it's silly little illustrations.
I fell in love with the representation of people as these stick figures with innate hexagons of sin built into their chests, so I had to snag it as an icon.
This icon was made by
jackshoegazer.
It's a panel from
this comic strip.
I wanted a Buddha icon from the online comic
Sinfest, and was about to make one when I found this being used in the
buddhists community. Being lazy, I snagged it.
The symbol is an Om/Aum, by the way.
btvs
This is actually "Buffy the Vampire Slayer".
I wanted to shorten it because it's too long and not always something I want to admit to loving.
I was just going to write "Buffy", but she's actually one of my least favorite characters on the show so "BtVS" works better. I'd do the same for "Harry Potter" if I could (can't stand the kid), but "HP" makes me think of Hewlitt-Packard.
dirge of cerberus
Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus is a videogame. A sequel to Final Fantasy VII that revolves around the character of Vincent Valentine. Because it's a shooter, I suck at it. Nonetheless, it's my goal to finish it because I adore Vincent and anything Final Fantasy.
I've actually been thinking about continuing my slow crawl through the game soon, so it's funny that it's been brought up.
flightless birds
I don't like birds but flightless birds are so different that I just can't help but be interested in them. I especially love penguins.
The only birds I like with the ability to fly are ducks. And because they're special, I've dubbed them honorary fish. (David says that technically they are fowl, but David can technically shut up.)
