(no subject)
So, I had 4 different people give me 4 different tours of the office and warehouse today, was given 4 different telemarketing scripts, and 4 different sets of orders on a specific project I'm supposed to be doing (but no one knows how to do). The job is cool though. I have colour-coordinating paperclip chains, and I got really loopy after my 4th tea (which was after 3 coffees, a Red Bull, and an iced tea) and named some of them.
Went to get in my car after work, put the key in the ignition, and then dumped my papers all over the ground. Grabbed my bags and bent down to pick them all up, and slammed my ass into the car door so hard that it closed. My ass locked me out of the car! I had to hitch a ride with one of the service guys who was going to a delivery near Tara's work, then lie to him and say she worked in the same building (I felt bad about bumming a ride) and walked like 2 km in my really painful high heeled boots to Tara. Walked past Hooters, and some guy yelled across to his friends "Why the hell don't we get hot waitresses like her in there?" and he pointed to me. I took it as a compliment. Got to Tara, dropped off my work, and went for a walk to JYSK. Ended up catching a ride home with her around 7. Got home and found out mum and dad had picked up my car for me (mum had the spare key in her pocket, and they were with Brent looking at glasses in the states), and they brought home WhiteCastle burgers. I don't know why, but I always liked the smell of those. They don't smell like real meat (dad says its because they're steamed).
Oh ya, was checking the boards today on my lunch break, checked out the Gen.Photos. Some of the girls in the office were in my cube with me and saw Luis's pics from D.C. Took a quick poll, and decided he is the hottest thing we've found online so far. One of the girls (can't remember her name, or anyone else's) wants to see whos MySpace friends are the hottest during break tomorrow.
ACK! It's after 10pm! I have to finish my papers and get to bed. 6am comes pretty damn quickly now.
