Scoop!
I took myself out for a date tonight, as I often do, and saw Scoop. Myself and I were the only ones in the theatre, except for this random guy sitting some rows behind me. Having the room to yourself or close to it is always pretty nice.
Scoop was one of those films that I wasn’t sure what the plot was but knew I wanted to see it. The cast consisted of a few true and respectable actors that pop Hollywood lack (sorry Lindsy Lohan fans). It was a British film, though directed and starring Woody Allen, and involved a lot of irony. So I don’t know many people who would enjoy going to see these kinds of films as much as I do. They just want to watch Pirates of the Caribbean six times in a row. :(
And Giles from Buffy made a cameo! So random.
