Vote No on Amendment 2
I wrote this to Myspace friends and my parents, ha:
My fellow Floridians- please vote no against the "marriage protection amendment".
It's not a Republican or Democrat agenda. It only serves the gratification of one particular interest group. If you're truly a conservative then you know this would be a problem if passed because it would allow government to tweak your already "perfect" state and national protected constitution. It would be giving government too much power.
As for you liberals, you already know this is threatening our right of separation between church and state!
Besides, it wouldn't only hurt gay couples!
