Just one, so you can't have 2 (or more) in a row. But you can do every other.

Is the team allowed to write the fic (like in a google document) and then C&P each sentence into a comment? I didn't know if that would be considered cheating.

No, you can't write it ahead of time, it has to be written as you go.
