Hm. Well love, I've read the bible. And I've come to the conclusion that heavan is a very dull place. Since God gave us freedom to do anything, including sin, we obviously chose sin. But if we were to go to heavan, the bible says there is no sin in heavan. What does this mean? That we won't have our freedom anymore? Will we even be ourselves anymore? I like my mind the way it is, and I would hate to die and end up in some bright place in the sky only to have a completely different mind. One that would obviously not belong to me.

And personally, I never saw much of a "choice" when your choices are either A. Follow God and go to heavan, or B. Don't follow God and burn in hell forever.

Thanks for the choices, God. Good to know I have my options.

Choosing sin is choosing Hell no one ios perfect but you dont have to sin all the time and you can ask for forgiveness. God forgives and forgets. its that easy i would rather save all my friends and lead them to Heaven to be with them there then see them in hell burning forever

For the record, "Hell" is actually a landfill. A dump. Literally. So "hell" does exist, no matter what anyone says. Just not the hell that's mentioned in the bible.

The bible is what I call the scrap book of all other previous religions. It is no way original, and most of the book from the New Testament were never included either because the Catholic Church didn't like them, or they were never accecpted by the majority.

My point was, even IF God did exist, I would rather burn in tbe bowels of hell than to "beg for forgiveness" to some God that has created us to obey him and only him. I also don't believe in alienating others into following this tall tale so they can be "saved" from damnation.

Next to money, I believe all relgions are the evils that make the world go 'round.

The term "hell" comes from the Hebrew word "sheol" which translates technically to "landfill." Also, during biblical times, these landfills would constantly be set on fire and would stay set for long amounts of time, so it basically they were fiery mountains of garbage. Many other religions, including the Greek mythologies that translated "sheol" into "hades" which is the name of the mythological underworld where the souls of the dead were sent, share the concept of hell. "Gehenna" is also mentioned in the New Testament, from the valley of Ge-Hinnom, in which during ancient times garbage was burned. The early Christian teachings believed that the damned would be sent there to burn forever along with the garbage.

It gets you to fear a place that doesn't really exist in order to stay in line with a certain religion. If you do not obey or go outside the thinkings that have been set, you are forever damned to eternal torment and suffering and yatta yatta. Again, I think it's all just BS.
