Detroit Michigan is a city that desperately needs revitalizing. Mayor Dave Bing has started a program to get police officers to live in the city rather than in the suburbs, selling tax-foreclosed houses to officers for $1,000 and then giving them $150,000 in federal grants to rehab them. all well and good, but the mayor felt that more was needed to bring the Motor City back to life. he went to the internet and asked the people what they thought would bring in money.

however, when Bing received and idea he promptly went to his Twitter and said, "There are not any plans to erect a statue to Robocop. Thank you for the suggestion."

i appreciate you want some ideas, Mayor Bing, but if you're not going to listen when the good ideas come in then i don't know why you bothered asking
