this is, from the left, me, Carlye and my brother Ross looking awesome in our kilts
so, as you've probably guessed, this picture was taken when we were serving beer for the Highland Games
at the fair you can shop, watch athletics, listen to music, and learn about your heritage. this is Carlye's clan
and this is MY FRIEND. the man who started it all. i started running the beer tent on the condition that this man drinks for free. he has a drinking horn the size of my forearm and several weapons and articles of armor that he made. that chain mail you see is hand-made
during his travels he has made many friends of his own. this guy said maybe five words all day, but when he's packing heavy hardware like this, you don't question him
this is Bear. he too made all his own gear. he has a drinking horn and a gladius sword and those bracers he's wearing. they're made of leather and steel, also hand made
lots of people had drinking horns this year. at my tent you get them filled for free after you buy the first one
which some people were sure to take advantage of. this horn holds a gallon and a half. this guy was REALLY popular all day. he ended up using it as a pitcher
