i'm turning 30 you darned kids
30th Birthday
Yes I'm getting older again/still and this time it's the marking of my 30th year which has some upsides and some downsides
Downsides:
My plan (a laughable concept I know) is :
I'm expecting that Sat and Sun will rain like hell, Monday I'll get crucified at work for bugs in the alpha build and on my birthday I'll actually be struck by lightning whilst indoors .
Therefore I'd love it if anyone and everyone who can read this would like to join me. I know that many people are away (Wacken, Sonisphere, etc) or busy but it'd be cool to see you all.

My plan (a laughable concept I know) is :
- August the 1st, Saturday, Meet up for lunch in town followed by a film(/or just keep drinking) then go for dinner before... continuing drinking.
- Sunday, have a BBQ in the afternoon/evening, mostly just chilled out with some food, stick a dvd on the TV and chat etc.
- Monday - working, bugger. Probably horrendously busy too due to just having shipped alpha by this point - will decide this at the last minute.
- Tuesday 4th - my actual birthday - I had to negotiate like hell to get this day off. Plan is to spend the day with gloomie_cookie and go for a meal in the evening. After which we'll go for a few drinks. Not too many as I'm back at work the next day.
