Ingridients to smoothie:
3/4 c frozen peaches - 50 cal
1 container light yogurt - 80 cal
1 cup skim milk - 90

TOTAL: 220
I'm considering having 2 of these a day, especially on work days, so that would be 440...then one of the small oranges in there is roughly 60.
