My cat locked himself in Jamie's room yesterday. No idea how it happened. I got home, and the Muffin is usually waiting at the door, mrowing his little head off. I get into the apartment, and the little man is nowhere to be found. I'm like: Shit. So I start looking for him, and I hear him making noises. Thankful he's not dead somewhere, I start trying to figure out exactly where he is. Now, I've written about how this cat has figured out how to open doors. NOW he's figured out how to LOCK THEM AS WELL.
He had opened the door to my roommates bedroom, shut it behind him, and LOCKED HIMSELF IN. I have no idea how he managed to do that. Thank god her window opens up to our balcony, and her windows were unlocked. I pulled up the screen, pulled up the window, opened the curtains, and KAPOW! cat comes hurtling out the window into my arms. I had to climb into Jamie's room through the window in order to unlock her door.
This guy never ceases to amaze me.
I'm playing rugby with the Brooklyn team tonight and on Saturday. Which means, if you're in Brooklyn this weekend you should come to Brooklyn Tech at 1130 Saturday morning to watch me play.
