This is it. In the next 48 hours, i have to take an exam and a test, move all of my stuff out of my current residence and into my new apartment, paint the entire apartment, get phones and internet junk figured out and hooked up, and take a bow as the curtain falls on Act I, Scene 1 of my college life. Scene 2 is on its way--"The Summer."
I'm sitting in my old room with the few things that mean the most to me; the things i couldn't live without and so am holding on to until the last possible moment. My room consists of:
-1 Jones soda bottle featuring half the face of some girl I dont know but have talked to.
-1 Fish, who somehow has stuck out the year as well and is looking forward to retirement as his life flounders on. Get it...flounders? Puns.
-1 20W Bass amp and my bass
-Volume 3 of 69 love songs by the magnetic fields, which i purchased and haven't had the time to take over.
-3 empty Big Red cans
-1 cordurouy bedspread
-1 Kai, who I figured had a right to stick around if he so chose.
