its been a long few days.
finally got some time to hang out with my friends on Wednesday. Charlie informs us all that as soon as he is finished with this simemster he's going to join the army or navy. this means he'll be gone for the next four years or so. two years at least in active duty. He has made up his mind and we can't seem to talk him out of it. He is going to talk to a recruter tomorrow.
that afternoon i ended up taking jenny and emily to the walk in E.R. A bunch of us at school were playing soccer. I go in to talk with some friends and i find Emily limping in to the art center, jenny got her eye with a bush banch and was loosing the perifrial vision in her right eye, and Ann is bearfoot carrying her shoes and socks. ...and then there's matt...asshole. aparently the ball got kicked into the lake and Ann got in to get it and by the time her feet and hands started to thaw she couldn't stop laughing...moderate histarea. she calmed down once she warmed up. i looked at jenny's eye and it was bloodshot with a red line arcross where the bush hit. she was loosing more sight in that eye and the pupils werent diolating equally and it was really begining to hurt her. Ann and i took them to the nurses office. the nurse said that jenny would have to see a doctor to make sure there was nothing wrong and that emily may just have a bad sprain and said it was up to her is she wanted to see someone.
and with that Ann and i got all there stuff together and i got emily's car and we drove them to the nearest clinic. Emily's mom met us there and i went in with jenny cause she doesnt like doctors offices. turns out she had a cornial abrasion...she scrached the lense of the eye. Emily's foot wasnt broken luckally, just very brused. Drove Emily's car home because she couldn't drive. got something to eat and then Ann dropped me off at my car and i dropped off jenny.
the next day i took jenny out to lunch and we got some of her stuff and then i dropped her back off and went home to meet my dad for dinner. got a call from my mom at dinner saying that the shelf came down in my brothers room so we went home to fix that and before we can finish that i get a call from jenny telling me that her cousin is in the hospital and that its not looking good. she was all alone in the house so i finished up and went over to her house. Charlie calls again as well as most of her relatives three times over trying to find out what happened.
i then get a call from Julie. She told me that her and joe just found out that Ivan had pasted away on monday and they just got the news. I stayed at jenny's till things quited down and she fell asleep. I left a around 1:30 A.M.
woke up at 7:30 and couldn't sleep and after what felt like hours of trying to sleep i finally just got up and went to school which was empty. played some music and made a dream catcher for Ivan. Went over to jenny's and brought her some lunch. There was no change and her parents hadn't come home yet.
Called joe and julie to check how they are doing. They seemed to do as well as expected, maybe a little bit better. tonight were going out to celebrate his life. His funeral is in florida so we wont be able to make it so we are having something here in his memory.
