I was psyching myself up for the hiatus like, it's only a month, a BUSY month, I've waited a year between chapters for some stories (which is about my rate of production, so how can I complain?) but of course I got to the last line and now I'm like *UGLY SOBBING* <3333333333 XD that was both the best possible place to stop and the most painful place. dgjhgdhjdkhgkjd my brain and my heart will be at war about this for some time.
UNNNNF, ONSLAUGHT. He's so painfully hot I might combust. D: I know I shouldn't enjoy him throwing First Aid to the ground and choking him but I do. (My sick enjoyment aside, I really love how that scene played out--I had been partly dreading some kind of embarrassment-squicky conversation where First Aid breaks the news, but guh, they're connected to Vortex and they know.) I love how despite his anger, Onslaught can switch gears and try to figure out what he needs to do to make this work, or how he can use the situation to his advantage. I love just how he talks to Vortex, also your your mesh of Quintesson and Primus-as-Cybertron canon really works for me. :O *adopts it*
Brawl and Vortex are so cute kfdjhgkjhsd eeeeee <333 getting drunk and rough with each other ffff I love it. Especially in conjunction to poor First Aid going completely insane by himself. Goddamn. I hurt for him :( at the same time though, that was so so so hot. I also love that Blast Off stepped on the tiger keeper and that Brawl promised Swindle he could top Vortex first (I can just picture that conversation and it's making me crack up) but kjfhgkjhdshs. Vortex's rescue. I need a new paragraph just to keyboard mash.
fgjhsfjsgshgks <333333 They kill me. They hit all of my worst, delicious buttons with noncon and the psychological torment but their moments of true (shared) vulnerability make me weak in the knees. That First Aid copped to his more selfish motivations about the reformat make me really happy, and although the sparkbond is messing with his head more than stockholm probably would have, I cannot deny that makes me really happy too. *selfish* *enjoying this so very very much*
To sum up: that was amazing, I am beyond impressed that you kept up with this for 11 solid weeks and I hope you are as proud as you deserve to be.

That final scene was originally the first scene of Chapter 12, but it felt better like this when I was editing, so I put it here instead. I'm very glad I did. Not that I'm indulging in a sinister evil laugh because of the sobbing, not at all. I'm just really happy it has impact :D
Brawl has so much to teach Vortex!
As for the Quintessons, I got it into my head that it might be awesome if they came across Primus while he was in stasis, hacked him, and reverse engineered TF technology from him, then turned him into a production plan(e)t for military hardware and consumer goods (how I love G1). Horrible and dark, but it appeals to me :P (and has probably be done before, but it's not something I've ever come across). Goodness knows where I think the tech came from in the first place. Primacron perhaps? An Allspark? I'm sure I'll figure it out :P
