the start of an adventure...
So a few weeks ago I found out that I'm really good at making chocolate candies. I was so happy I had a natural knack for it because now I can really be like Juliette Binoche's character in the movie "Chocolat". Hopefully my chocolate candies can do amazing things for people who enjoy each piece. I will eventually open up my own gourmet chocolate store but I don't know where yet. My internship is at a chocolate company here in Austin called SXUL Chocolate...i haven't tried their chocolates yet but the guy who owns it is really nice and his business is expanding so he must be doing really well. I can't wait to start working there!
