I wanted to give a shout-out to Jim Leach for his excellent coverage, perserverence, and composure through-out last night's events. As a radio broadcaster, you need to be ready to pull off things like he did last night, and he certainly played the part well. He was on the air for over twelve consecutive hours, doing non-stop storm coverage and taking phone calls. And frankly some of the people who called in were fucking retarded....and he had to put up with that kind of stuff all night.

"Heyyyuhhh....er....is there a uh.......tornado?"

"When is the power coming back on?"

"Hey dogg I'm at the county building and you can get some free furniture at--"

"When is the power coming back on?"

"Is the tornado going to hit my house???"

"When is the power coming back on?"

Yeah....so kudos to Jim. You did well. *nods*
