I know its a good investment type deal.. But financially Im not ready!
Shit! Stupid homeownersassociation sent me a letter stating that It HAS to be done.
I guess its about the season though so thats good.
My lawn wasnt that great when I bought the house. We did alot to it, and it got better.. but still weeds were everywhere. I at least got grass to start spreading and shit.
