Ok, so I totally love shopping (wow, how incredibly valley girl was that?), but it sucks that you have to spend money in order to look cute. Today after Kari, Donna, and I went to Brides Mart to pick out our dresses (and after I dished out $149 for mine), we decided to go shopping at North Star. I bought a pair of earrings from AE for $4 and change and then we went back home. Kari came over to eat and we decided to go back out. We went to Forever 21 and if I had unlimited money, I would so buy out that store. I think I liked it so much because we had been looking at more expensive stores and this one was at least somewhat affordable. I bought a pair of earrings, a necklace, two shirts, and a pair of pants for an undisclosed amount of money. After that, the mall was closing and we started to leave. Of course the American Cookie Company was having a sale of "Buy 5 cookies and get one free" so we had to do it. Six cookies and two cartons of milk later, I realized that I need to stop spending money. Sigh...it's really sad, but I can't help it. Everything is just so cute and it really does take money to look cute. I mean, yeah, you can find cute stuff at Ross and Target every once in a while, but I kind of want to be a new person for college and try to not wear as many t-shirts as I do. I want a whole new wardrobe, but that would be way too expensive, so I'll settle for half of a new one. Too bad it sucks to be broke.
