First day of summer...kinda...
So today is kind of my first day of summer. I guess Tuesday can be the first official day of summer, but it's close enough. So after I got back from Chik-fil-a, I thought, "I think I'll take a walk!" So I put on a spaghetti strap shirt and shorts and I start going. I started out thinking I was going to do the 3.2 mile route, but it was really hot so then I thought I'd just do the 1.8 mile route. I started to get REALLY hot so I ended up only walking about a mile...I'm such a slacker. Then I thought, "It's a nice day to tan." So I changed into my bathing suit, grabbed a towel, and layed out in my backyard. The funny thing is that in order to tan, it has to be sunny, and generally when it's sunny, it's hot, so I got really hot and only lasted about 25 minutes before going inside. Maybe I'll go back out in a bit...maybe...One thought sure is nice though, our next class ever will be in college. I leave San Antonio in 98 days, or 14 weeks. Put into perspective, in the opposite direction that was February 11. That really wasn't that long ago. We're almost independent! That's so exciting! All of ya'll are gonna have to come hang out with me in Austin! Yay for freedom and growth!
