ok, after basically a month off, I'm back. I gained 7 lbs over x mas and new years, but that is ok. I am back on track. I will lose it and then continue on my trek down to 136 lbs. this is only a minor setback. and I have to think that I don't really regret it. I had a great 10 day Christmas Cruise, a fabulous new years.....and that's what matters. 7 lbs in the grand scheme of things is not a big deal. and also, I doubt it was actually 7 lbs. why, you ask? well, I wore jeans, which i never do, also wore my shoes, had on a fairly heavy necklace, and weighed in at night, after eating all day. so i dont think it's actually 7 lbs. but it doesnt matter. it'll be gone soon enough :) so let's start this shit.
