Today I am happy to own a 2007 Kia Sportage.

When I got up this morning it was -11 at my house, -19 at my sister's and the snow we got Saturday night has left a lovely layer of ice on all the roads. But I walked out to my car, popped open the driver's door and leaned over to slide the key into the ignition. Half the block was littered with Triple A

Northern European car companies are the same way. Except they also figured out the windshield defrost vent should extend the whole way across the windshield, as well. You'd think with the subarctic climate in Detroit where the two seasons are Winter and Construction and Construction lasts 8 weeks between July and August that they'd have figured that out, too, but no.
