I have absolutely no idea why, but for some ridiculous reason, flights from Denver to Atlanta ALWAYS run about $100 more than any other domestic destination. But today it got worse. Last I checked, it was $200 + taxes/fees to fly DEN to BWI, but today DEN to ATL jumped to $385 (and that's for off-peak from Air Tran) + taxes/fees. As a direct result.... I may well have to cancel my annual trip to Atlanta for Geek Mecca.
