For all the Lusbys, Aunt Joan, Stephen & Mickey, Wilfred, Aunt Joyce, Great Granddad Peterson who all lost their fights. For my mother, Aunt Debbie, Aunt Margaret, Cousin Catherine, Mom Cassidy and Grandpa who have fought and won this horrible battle.
