i love that my profile picture for livejournal is one of (what i'd consider) my best friends. i still have contact with. she still updates :) livejournal, and i still genuinely think she's amazing. (even better... so does my girlfriend) people can be so disappointing. i like to think that people put forth their best effort to be the best people they can. you know... grow as a person... evolve... be the best version of them that they can. sometimes it's hard to hold on to that logic.
