Summary: Carlos pursed his lips and watched as the blond closed his eyes, feigning sleep though he could tell from the thundering of the other teen’s heart that he was awake. There was something strange about the boy and he wasn’t simply referring to his smart mouth. No, this Jake made Carlos’ wolf rage and shy away in the same breath and he didn't know what to make of it, nor did he know what to make of the fact that the scent rolling off Jake’s skin made him want to crawl closer to the blond despite everything that had been said and done
