My past 2 entries were friends-only because I didn't want them to stumble upon this journal. Anyway, I finally upgraded my livejournal from basic account to a plus account. w00t

I didn't think that a small town in Washington state would be so culturally diverse. I mean, it's nice to diversify the cast for the movie, but its such a small town and really hard to get to from what I understand so I think that might've been just slightly unrealistic. I never really considered whether Laurent was black or white because as far as vampires go, you're not really able to tell in the books because they all have the same basic skin color and it would vary based on race after that, I think. It didn't really matter to me except that whenever Laurent was on the screen I could only think of him being the Mormon on House early last season.

Unfortunately the Cullens (they didn't even mention that Rosalie and Jasper go by the surname Hale) had all of their backstories cut. I especially missed Carlisle's and just missed Alice completely because she was barely in it. They even butchered the hotel scenes because you've got Jasper and Alice chilling out in the lobby when they're supposed to be keeping an eye on Bella. I didn't like zombie!Jasper either, but whatever. I still liked it. lol

I've never watched House. lol so I have no reference as to who the actor might but.
I, however, assumed he was white because he was french. Reason why people shouldn't assume x.x

omg zombie!Jasper was definately not what I expected. I mean, it was funny, but awkward. hahahaha. I am upset that they did that, too. The whole bathroom with two entrances was perfect how she mentioned it in the book. But whatevs.

Most of that movie was awkward. Much more than it should have been, I think.
