We had pizza a few days ago and it was awesome!
Smoked cheddar and mushroom pizza:
I bought one of the organic crusts from the store and stretched that out onto a pizza pan. I fried the mushrooms in garlic and olive oil while the dough was waiting. I spread some pizza sauce on the dough and then shredded smoked cheddar onto the pizza, covered it with the mushrooms, and shopped up some fresh scallions. Then I baked it for like 20 minutes and BAM! Delicious pizza. Next time I might try it with half smoked cheddar, half mozzarella.
