I just wanted to let everyone know that I was a very good girl this week and I went to the gym 4 times.

Tuesday - Cardio - 30 min elliptical
Wednesday - Cardio - 10 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes bike - Strength training - various weights thingys
Thursday - Cardio - 30 min elliptical, 10 minutes bike
Friday - Cardio - 25 min elliptical - Strenth training - uh yeah free weights and stuff

Also I have lost 25 lbs since Christmas which doesn't sound that great until you realize that I got sick mid Feb and fell off the wagon and didn't go back to the gym until, oh, last week or so. (In my head I can hear my mother's voice saying "Imagine what you could do if you actually worked at it!!!")

Anyways. Just thought I'd check in.

How is everyone else doing? Staying motivated?

Oh yeah I'm back to being vegetarian, I have been eating so healthy it is ridiculous. Fibre is truly a glorious thing.
