Well, about the only good thing to come from today...

Today is 2 weeks on the Atkins Diet.

Starting Weight: 355 lbs. (weighed in January 14, 2004)

Week 1: Weight- 347 lbs. (weighed in January 21, 2004)

Week 2: Weight- 341 lbs. (weighed in January 28, 2004)

Total Weight Loss to date: 14 lbs.

I have to say that I feel mighty good. Well, Physically speaking.

Breakfast: Slice of Cheese cake w/ Whipped cream. Total Net Carbs: 3

Lunch: One Half of a ham and cheese sandwich. Total Net Carbs: 6
Snacked on Slim Jims : Total Net Carbs: 1

Dinner: Steak w/ Cheese, Broccoli. Total Net Carbs: 2.5

Total Net Carbs for the day: 12.5

I am gonna have another slice of cheese cake cause its so good! So today I will have had 15.5 Net Carbs.

HOORAH for 14 pounds gone!
