Lazy Day
I like lazy days, started off with breakfast at Barbie's with Mich, Brad and Steph, then immediately went to get some groceries and a couple things for xmas. Well not me, but Mich did.
Once we got back it was lazing in bed, watching some Ugly Betty, the first episode I saw was meh, but the second episode got me more hooked into the unique style of it. Michelle made some delicious cookies while I lazed about watching Numb3rs from Friday and Studio 60. Then it was cookie eating and some vodka/grapefruit juice drinking (an excellent combo by the way)
Somewhere along the way today Michelle cooked the pork shoulder we got while we were out. The ham off of it was delicious, and Lucy the dog enjoyed gnawing on the giant shoulder bone. Much too big for it to splinter and hurt her, plus seeing her playing in the tub with it (to avoid Hammy cleanup) was pretty damned funny.
I know when I started NaBloPoMo I said I would try and keep the day-to-day blogs to a minimum. I was apparently wrong! Ah well.
