Confounding Weekend Confluence
Damn it! Why must so many things that I want to go to all converge on one poor, unsuspecting little weekend? I mean seriously.
1) Eric's DJing debut in Mountain View on Friday Night. Top priority. Very cool. You should all come.
2) Underworld and Paul Oakenfold at the Warfield on Friday and Saturday Nights
3) Hot Buttered Rum + Indigo Girls free concert in Golden Gate Park on Saturday
4) South Bay Home and Garden Show Friday - Sunday at the Santa Clara Convention Center
5) The Ghirardelli Square Chocolate Festival on Saturday and Sunday.
6) The SF Brewers Guild's annual Brews of the Bay beer festival at Fisherman's Warf on Saturday and Sunday.
And to top it all off:
7) J is on call which screws his being able to go out
and
8) We should probably use the weekend to start packing anyway.
Blarg! But we are definitely going to hear Eric spin on Friday night, and I hope to go to the golden gate park concert on Saturday (anyone else going to that?), and maybe pop by ghirardelli while in the city, and then maybe go to the garden show on Sunday if I'm feeling irresponsible enough to blow off packing. Hmm. Damn.
