Oh do I love Hafiz, that playful Sufi poet.  Here, I just have to share this poem with you all, especially with you,  tracyworld!

Just As I Suspected

In a vision I heard this clearly whispered:

Study those who sing the most, but are free
of criticism or praise.

Following that advice, things turned out
just as I suspected:

Well, you've been my birding inspiration for a while now! And you know what my husband and I saw the other day? A huge, I mean huge flock of robins on our greenspace. Yes, robins! I've never seen them in a flock like that. Wow. It felt like super spring was coming. :)

I saw a robin in the tree today after the two-plus feet of snow we just got and wished it could be in a huge flock with some friends. :) Thank you for sharing that lovely image of spring-to-come!
