Lately I have mostly been... not sleeping.
And not on purpose. I've apparently become insomnia-tic or whatever that word is. I can't sleep till about 2 or 3 o'clock, which is not ideal. Last night I went to bed about half 11, was feeling nice and snuggling in my bed, ready to sleep. But NO I couldn't sleep till 3!!! It's getting ridiculous now, this has been going on a week.
Any advice on how to sleep would be great. Generally I'm just quite restless and keep tossing and turning. Little noises and temp differences irritate me etc. I've tried listening to music but it doesn't help and I just end up with my mind racing etc.
Help flist!? Give me advice?
