"Lydia, find Peter Petrelli for me."
Samuel bites on to the end of the long pen he's holding and presses it to Lydia's back, where it forms the image of Peter's face.
Lydia scrunches her eyes shut and thinks hard.
"He's here."
"What?"
"He's at the carnival. Right now."
Samuel puts the pen down and starts walking away. Lydia's eyes burst open when she suddenly has another vision.
"Samuel, wait! You might...not.." she trailed off. He was too far away to hear. Sighing, she gets up and heads in the general direction Samuel went. She didn't want to miss this.
Samuel walks around but can't find Peter anywhere. He's about to give up when he happens to look up at the ferris wheel. It's dark and the lights from the carnival make everything a little fuzzy, but he can just about make out Peter's face and his paramedic polo.
He's not sure he's seeing things right, but he realizes that Peter's not alone in the seat; Sure enough, Sylar is sitting next to him.
And kissing all that is good and holy out of him.
Peter seems pretty into it, judging by the way he's sliding his hands up the other man's shirt.
What the hell?
Samuel stomps back to where he left Lydia and finds her sitting with Edgar. They've broken out the wine and are drinking pretty heavily.
"I just saw Peter and Sylar making out on the ferris wheel," Samuel announces, throwing his hands in the air for dramatic effect.
Edgar spits out his wine.
Lydia groans and buries her face in her hands.
"Did anyone see this coming?" Samuel practically shouts, looking around like he was just a little bit crazy.
Lydia holds her hands up defensively.
"They never knew what they wanted until just now! There is NO way I could have seen this."
She turns to look back at Edgar, who's still staring at Samuel like someone just told him that Scotland was made of cheese.
Sighing, Samuel sits down across from them and holds up a cup.
"Fill me up," he says.
They'll deal with this later.
Much, much later.
