• Title of the fic you are nominating
• Author of the fic
• A valid link to the fic
• Category (character, pairing, friendship, genre, etc.)
For other details on what does and does not qualify, please refer back to the Rules and Guidelines post.
All nominations will be screened and are only visible to the Awards Team.
