A Day for Music

I believe that there should be a day dedicated to music. I know that there are several festivals, concerts, clubs, etc., just to celebrate music; however there should be a day for people just to enjoy it.

Okay, it sounds a bit foolish, even to me. But hey, it's my choice, right?
