(no subject)
today was my first day at the new job toni & guy. it went pretty well. i think i'm going to like it there. this week is going to stress me out ALOT. i have my english final tuesday and a research paper due that day, and then my history final on thursday.
it's going to be hard to study though since i'll be working at the daycare during the day, and i'll be training at t&g at night. i just don't see how i'm going to be able to do everything. tues, wed and thursday night i work 5-close at the salon but i'm scheduled to close at 6pm every day this week at the daycare. my daycare boss is not going to like me much this week, plus i have to go to a t&g staff meeting friday morning at 8 and i usually work at 7:30 at the daycare. i don't know what to tell daycare boss lady b/c she thinks my new 2nd job is just a work study program for school.....not something else that is better than my 1st job. oh well....if she can't work things out with me this week i might as well put my 2 weeks in since they're going to be able to give me more hours than i though at t&g. ahhhhhh........this is just going too much to handle, but only for this week which is my last week of school and blahblahblah. maybe i just won't sleep.
anywho, my weekend was pretty good. friday sara and i met my mom and her hubby and his kids out for a quick drink at sherlocks. fyi.......that place sucks ass, i mean, unless you like being in a sea of blonde sorority/frat type morons. we stayed there for the amount of time it took us to drink the drinks my step dad bought us and we split and headed downtown to meet up with vince, erich and toby at the davenport. those guys were always entertaining and thanks to them i didn't have to spend any money on drinks. it was a fun night indeed.
ok, i'm going to now attempt to start writing my research paper even though i haven't done much research. and i'm off.....
