fiesta's finally over and now the city can stop smelling like sausage on a stick and turkey legs
pretty good weekend gone by. saturday was a very very long day. started off with ceramics class as usual. stayed there for a bit before meeting vince out at king william fair. i'm usually anti-anything fiesta, but there were a couple parties there with free booze so i went. i started drinking at 2 and by 6 was pretty drunk. i had a good time.

after i left the king william fair i went home to try and sleep off the beer so i would be good to go later on. woke up to a call from ashley. i was late. met up with her at the mix, went to tacoland for a bit. spotted my art teacher mark<3 and got to hang out with him for a wonderful 5 minutes before heading back to the mix. that made my night.
today i had my working interview at toni & guy and i got the job. they can only hire me for part time right now, so i'm going to keep my day care job where i work about 30-35 hours a week and hopefully be able to work 50-60 hours a week total. it may sound like a lot but, i'll be making a bit more money so that will be helpful.
after the working interview i headed over to vince's for this brunch thing he was having. i guess i got there late b/c a few people were already drunk off mimosa's and bloody mary's, so i had to catch up by eating less and drinking more....which made my usual "cleaning and reading the sunday paper" day more interesting.
but the fun has to stop for a while. i have 1 more week of school before finals week and so much work to do. 1 research paper, 2 essays and 2 spirals of notes to study for my history class. i'm going to be mia till finals are over.
