so i was at work this morning....and my dad called from this art gallery. he was telling the owner about my work and put him on the phone with me to tell me about it. he asked if i ever thought of marketing my work and that they help with that kind of thing. the gallery is always looking for new artists, so i have an appointment on thursday at 6:30 to show my stuff. i don't want to get my hopes up or anything.....but shit, this could be how i get my foot in the door with my work. so i'm just gonna cross my fingers and be a nervous wreck till i meet with the guy on thursday.
