Cleaning house

The ex in Colorado just called. I finally cut the cord. I told her not to call me anymore, she had her chance she blew it. I'm done. I am cleaning house and changing me, the first to go is all of this crap that's trying to bring me down.
When she calls I always feel like crap afterwards, that means I have codependent behaviors. I gotta get rid of that or I will always attract the people who feed off of that energy.

I swear, some people need warning labels.
