I'm alive!
Hello Flist!
So, after an over 18mo gap, I'm back on LJ. My fandom obsession had been waning a bit - the Stargate phase was long past and the Harry Potter phase lasted quite a while simply because nothing else really caught my interest. But over the last couple weeks, I have dived right off the cliff into the Avengers movieverse, with a special obsession with Hawkeye/Clint Barton. And, of course, the brilliant Jeremy Renner. Hence the new icon. It's been quite a while since something grabbed me this hard, maybe since my Daniel Jackson/Michael Shanks obsession. And I've never been inspired to see something more than twice in the theater since the first Star Wars rerelease. So to see the Avengers 4 times and wanting to see it a 5th is pretty darn amazing. Hopefully there are others out there that share my latest cliff dive. There's already a number of communities that look promising and I'll try to pimp the best of them. In the meantime, I'll continue to scour the archives for the best fic and hope to connect with those of you who are as obsessed as I am. Happy reading!!
