On a serious day, more soap opera silliness. ( The angst starts here, dear reader )

This chapter is AMAZING, Lorie! One of your best ever. Such love, and Aragorn's wisdom in leaving Frodo in charge... and Frodo's courage and 'hobbit-sense' wisdom as Steward... and an enemy (gulp)... and further complications!

I'm just in awe of this story. I look forward to every update.

Thank you! This story has kind of taken off on its own and gone wild on me. I'm just chasing after it and trying to wrestle a chapter a day into my journal.

Okay, this is just too cool. I never would have thought of having Frodo be Steward. It's just awesome and so creative but logical at the same time. And I am seeing a set-up here, what with both of Frodo's most fearsome protectors out of the way and that wanker harboring ill will... Oh, Lorie - I am drooling. No, really!

Thanks! It's not me, I think I'm channeling some dead soap opera writer who doesn't want to tell even me what's coming next.

OMG! Poor Frood! The very first line of this fic had me hooked. Oh, I'm so nervous. For Frood, because of the babies and Hope and that ol' nasty opossum-thang sniffing about. For Aragorn, because he's wounded. For Wena, because she'll be worried about Frodo the whole time. *bites nails* Next, please!

Kisses.

Poor Frood, and poor Aragorn... there are dark times ahead, but a roller coaster always goes both up and down, right? So hang on, Bunny.

Hi, Lorie.

I've NEVER tried reading an m-preg story before, but the last two chapters of this story came up on my LJ and I know you're a great writer, so...

Interesting. I'm not nearly as squicked as I thought I might be. Of course I know nothing of Frodo's ordeal with Hope, and he hasn't given birth to the twins yet. But so far, so good; I love the way you're writing it! Hot pregnant-sex scenes -- all expectant mothers should be so lucky! :)

This Eritor guy is gonna screw with our hero while Wena's away, isn't he? Just enough to make us worry that Frodo will miscarry, right? I hate him already.

I'm not certain that this is anything like a "normal" mpreg story -- I'm not someone who does a lot of research on rare diseases that affect the pregnant, so I skip a lot of the medical detail stuff that probably defines the genre.

But if you don't mind Frodo carrying Aragorn's child as a subplot in a wild, implausible AU -- well, you're in exactly the right place! Hop on board and enjoy the ride, and don't slip on the soap bubbles.

Eritor. Watch your back, Frodo. Just saying. *shivers*

Another great chapter, Lorie!

How can such a loveable hobbit make so many enemies? *shakes head* Thanks, Trianne!
