A bit of speculation that I have seen, is that it means Wilson goes both ways. I actually was already thinking this could be possible because a couple of spoilers said House finds out who Wilson's secret companion is,but they never say secret woman. Probably reaching here,but it would be a good explanation for the sign. Ok, I need some reason to get me back into the Hilson community and interested again in the show so I'm grabbing at straws here. What do you guys think it means?
