(no subject)
It has been a really long time since I've posted, close to a year and a half. Since my last post, I got a new job, I've been there a year and I love it. My step mom passed away October 9th 2005 from cancer, my neighbor/fried Jon passed away in March 2006 from an accidental overdose, my best childhood friends father died in a motorcycle accident also in March 2006.
All in all I'm doing rather well. I have been approved by insurance to have a roux en y gastric bypass, that I will be having within the next 2 months. I'm excited to get on with my new life but I'm also scared to death. I just figure that if it kills me, at least I died trying to become healthy. My back can not handle this weight anymore. I've been down in my back all week and will be getting injections in my back next week. This will be the 3rd time since July 2005 that I've had to get injections in my back. I am way to young for this.
My husband has 92 days of sobriety and drug free. It hasn't been easy, but he's made it this far, thanks to the lord above.
