A little concerned... a bit upset too...
This is the second time that someone in my friendslist got fired for posting to LJ about something... this time on even weaker grounds that the first...
I have decided that my journal will hence forth be 100% friends only... unless its just something the the world HAS to know about... and over time I will probably go back through all my other posts and make them hidden.
Its clear employers look for reasons to be pricks if it serves them in any way shape or form.
Be aware of ANY documents you are served at time of hire... AND request copies of them,... all of them.
Finally...
I __AM__ anoyed at LJ for not making "friends only" the DEFAULT selection when you make a post. WHY on earth would you NOT want it to be the default????? Hey, indeed they DO say that there is some way to do this, but I looked and looked and cant find WHERE! (if you know where, please tell me!)
I intend to write a message to them... I encourage everyone to do the same...
