One question only..............

Or is this the man we are usually prevented somehow from seeing???

EDIT..... It turns out it was a look alike comedian..... and the sad thing is... I wasnt sure. That speaks sooooo much about our president :P

He looked a little pie-eyed, and he was laughing too much.
But he seemed to be in full possession of his wits.
Hard to say... possibly not alcohol, maybe cold medication?

Actually, I went to the TV when I saw your post and saw Clinton.
Didn't realise Bush was on earlier.
My bad.

Bush actually even sounded a little different

he frequentyly prounounced words with a hard "S" like "save" with an "SH" sound. Which... he probably does do on occation.... but in all the speaches i have heard of his, he wasnt doing it like THIS.

It could have been worse. He could have announced another invasion somewhere. Or that they are bringing back the draft.

I disagree that a draft is a bad thing. Conscription would teach these young idiots some responsibility, self reliance and personal responsibility - something the USA desperately needs. We're raising a few generations of people who are told how good they are with no accomplishement. They think they are entitled to so much without contributing.

Then again I guess we all need those people in their 20's, soon to be 30's who deliver pizzas, spend all their extra $$ saving for the new Wii (or PS3) and complain they have no health care.

Somehow it's society's fault they chose a crap lifestyle and now society needs to bear the costs? I don't think so. At some point they have to give back. Heck, they aren't even paying enough that if they were tax exempt they could or would buy insurance.

Just an example that you may disagree with.
