Oh wow, what a great start to this! I'm surprised John was able to keep his cool, with that guy paddling the kid so hard. I can't wait for the next chapter so I can see where you take this! Awesome job, sweetie!

Well no one can accuse John Winchester of being unable to make tough decisions. Unfortunately stepping in would have probably cost him his job, and his cover for his REAL job. Thanks for the feedback! Hopefully the next part'll be ready in about a week.

Umm, I love you, but I'm not sure I can read it.... ::peers through fingers:: I'm really squeamish about fics that could be construed as abusive (I know, Cam's a pansy.) Tell me what happens so I can pick up the next chapter? :D

Hey no worries hon. That's why I included the warning! You'll probably want to skip the next chapter too. I'll give you the cliffnotes then. *g* I'm a sucker for hurt/comfort fics, but you gotta have the hurt before the comfort. Plus I had to make the situation bad enough that Alec would willingly leave Manticore. And yeah, this chapter is definitely abusive ( ... )

This is a very exciting fic! I like how the boy looks like Dean but it isn't, and how John knows something isn't right! LOL! and what a smart ass the kid is! I can't wait for the next part!
