my this flu season has been hard on me. all i know is i was playing candy land with my 3 year old neighbor ava, she had all this crap coming out of her nose, and then i in turn was filled with crap coming out of my nose ...for 10 days. on friday my tongue swelled up with sores and i just recently, within the past two nights was able to sleep with my mouth closed. i think i've slept off most of the sickness. john's new job does not allow domestic partner health insurance so i've been without health insurance for a week now, they said i could get it at work though this month.
i helped my friend put together a fish tank this week, he got this amazing upside down catfish, it's 2 inches long and swims completely upside down its entire life, its so weird.
i'd like to get some exotic giant goldfish and put them in a tank with some ceramic virgin mary of guatemala statues, that's my next winter project.
i feel like such a hermit, i haven't been leaving my apartment lately and i've only gone out for drinks twice since new years mostly because of the flu and fat camp.
